I put a pillow against the backboard of my bed, sit upright, then put the loop over one foot. Using arm against arm I do (1) Bicep curls. (2) Forearms and wrists – by twisting the grips. (3) Back – by alternately pulling my arms straight back or (without bending my elbows) over my head and side to side. (4) Calves – by putting the loop on the ball of my foot and doing toe raises. (5) Thighs – by bending my knee and then straightening my leg.
Pull cord to desired length and rotate grip 1/2 turn to maintain that length.
THERE IS NO PULLY BECAUSE IT KEPT LANDING ON MY SHIN.
